Our Commitment - No Double Booking

We pride ourselves on our commitment to stay on schedule, and we refuse to waste our patients' time because we know it's valuable. Unlike many medical and dental offices, ours do not double book appointment times. Your appointment is reserved for one patient: you. We don't have our dentists and hygienists jump from room to room like you sometimes see in busy clinics.

Of course not everything is predictable or controllable, and unforeseen events can push our schedule back from time to time. What is predictable, however, is our constant level of dedication to seeing patients on time, every time. We hope you'll come in and experience our gold standard of on-time scheduling and one-on-one patient care!

Same-Day Appointments

Many families are busy juggling work, school schedules, and responsibilities at home, with life getting more hectic every year. We understand it can be challenging to balance everything. To help you fit dental care into your life, we are open 7am-7pm. You can make dental appointments before or after work, and around your child's school and extracurricular activities. On top of that, we offer same-day appointments whenever possible so you can have dental work done the day you call! Ever had that happen before?

Family Block Appointments

Numerous factors can make dental appointments more challenging for large families, from multiple schedules to the need for childcare. To help, we offer family block appointments when everyone can be seen at the same time or back-to-back. We know our patients and their families by name, and we treat you like family.

Reserved Openings for Dental Emergencies

All the DFW Family Dentistry practices reserve openings in our schedule every business day so we have the time needed to help patients in pain. That means if you come in with a cracked tooth or other dental emergency, we will do everything we can to relieve your pain and fix the problem - the same day you come in!
